Booking and payment
- Online booking: through our booking system (TuriTop). You pay when you book.
- Booking by phone or WhatsApp: confirmed with a deposit of €50 per person, which you can pay by payment link or bank transfer. The rest is paid on the day of the activity.
Prices are shown in euros, per person, on each experience page.
Cancellation by the customer
- If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, there is no refund.
- If you don’t show up at the pick-up point, or arrive more than 15 minutes late, this counts as a no-show and there is no refund.
If you cancel 24 hours or more in advance, we refund the amount you paid.
We’re flexible and always try to find a solution, but it’s important that you keep in touch with us. Other customers are ready to fly, and we can’t keep a whole group waiting too long for one person.
Cancellation due to weather or safety
Safety comes first. The pilot may delay, change, shorten or cancel the activity for weather or safety reasons, even once at the take-off. If the activity is cancelled because of bad weather, we refund your money or, if you prefer, offer you another date.
Requirements
Every participant must meet the age and weight requirements shown on the experience page, follow the pilot’s and guide’s instructions, and sign the participation form before the activity.
Photo and video packs
Optional photo and video packs are paid separately. The Insta360 pack must be requested in advance, subject to availability.
