What data we process and why
- Participant form (required before flying): full name, ID document, email, phone, age, nationality, weight, address (optional), signature and, for minors, their legal representative’s details. It includes a statement about your physical fitness for the activity. We use this data to run the activity safely and meet our obligations as an active tourism company.
- Hike & Fly requests: name, phone, number of participants and preferred date, to reply to your request.
- Contact form: name, email, phone (optional) and your message, to reply to you.
- Online bookings: handled through TuriTop, which processes the data needed for the booking and payment.
We do not use your data for advertising or send marketing communications.
Who processes data on our behalf
To provide our services we use providers who process data on our behalf as data processors: Supabase (database), Twilio SendGrid (email delivery), TuriTop (booking system) and Cloudflare (web hosting and spam protection). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for any other purpose.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for and, after that, for the periods required by law.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by emailing info@skyoftenerife.com. If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration or loss.
